Our Story
Fillmore Farm Café & Gardens sits on more than 65 acres of working farmland — two greenhouses, vegetable and flower gardens, and chickens that lay our farm-fresh eggs. When Steve and Amy Haffner took over the property in early 2026, they had a simple idea: a farm-to-table restaurant shouldn’t be a once-a-year occasion. So they kept the chef, kept the commitment to local ingredients, brought the prices back down to earth, and opened the doors for everyday meals. Meat and poultry come from our sister farm three miles down the road, where the livestock is pasture-raised, grass-fed, and genuinely well-loved. Happy cows make better burgers — and we’re betting you’ll be back next week, not next year.
From Our Fields to Your Table
Just about everything on your plate started close by — in our gardens, our greenhouses, or on our sister farm down the road. We cook with what’s fresh and in season, which is why the menu shifts a little as the year does. It’s real food, grown and raised with care, served without any fuss.

Come As You Are
Weekday mornings and afternoons are easy and casual — order and pick up at the counter, grab a seat. Start the day with a farm hash or a fresh crepe, or swing by at lunch for something built from whatever’s coming out of the garden that week. No reservations, no dress code, just good food from the farm
Weekend Dinners
On weekends we slow things down for sit-down dinner service. The menu leans a little more elevated — think charcuterie and burrata to start, Italian favorites like chicken parm and bolognese, and our pan-seared steelhead trout — while still keeping the burger and the easygoing feel. It’s a farm dinner worth lingering over, without ever feeling stuffy.

Love something on your plate? Take a little of the farm home. Our on-site marketplace offers fresh produce, farm-fresh eggs, and artisanal goods — the same ingredients we cook with, ready for your own kitchen.
The Saint Isidore Room
For birthdays, showers, rehearsal dinners, and gatherings of all kinds, our Saint Isidore Room offers a warm, private space surrounded by the farm and rolling countryside. (A fitting name — Saint Isidore is the patron saint of farmers.) Tell us what you’re celebrating and we’ll help you plan it.
